
Vegetable with yogurt soup!
Ingredients
Potato = 1 pc
Carrots = 2 pc
Celery = 300 g
Tomato = 2 pc
Water = 1000 ml
Broccoli
Boneless Chicken = 300 g
Corn Grains = 300 g (precooked)
Sweet Yellow Pepper = 1/2 pc
Sweet Red Pepper = 1/2 pc
Yogurt/Curd = 300 g
Lemon = 1 pc
Directions
- Slice the potato, carrots, celery and tomato.
- Boil all in water for 15 minutes.
- Blend all together in the blender then pour the mixture back in the cooking pot.
- Add broccoli, corn, dices of chicken, yellow and red pepper with lemon juice on medium [4] heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve it after adding the yogurt (curd).
