Berries, avocado & milk!







Ingredients
Blackberries = 1 cup
Avocado = 1 pc (or two bananas instead)
Skimmed Milk = 250 ml

Directions
- Peel, pit and slice the avocado then blend with the blackberries and milk in the blender.

Pop-ricot


Popcorn masala with Apricot syrup!








Ingredients
Cooking Oil = 1 T
Popcorn = 4 T
Fish Masala = 1 pinch
Apricot Syrup = 2 T

Directions
- Add the popcorn followed by the masala as you heat the oil (butter) in a pot on high heat then cover the led.
- Serve the popcorn after adding the apricot syrup on top.

Homemade Tamees Bread


The Afghan Bread!









Ingredients
All-purpose Flour = 500 ml
Instant Yeast = 1 T
Sugar = 1 T
Cooking Oil = 3 T
Salt = 1 t
Water = 750 ml
Sesame = 1 T
Black Seed = 1 T
Olive Oil/Ghee or Milk = 50 ml

Directions
- Dissolve the yeast, sugar and salt in warm water.
- Mix the flour with oil then add gradually the water mixture.
- Cover with towel and let it rise for 60 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and cover for 15 minutes.
- Turn on the broil (upper heating element) to preheat the oven.
- Using hands and rolling pin stretch each ball then pinch its face with a fork.
- Brush the face with olive oil, ghee or milk then add some sesame with black seeds on top.
- Place on a pre-heated pan (to help bake it from the bottom) and bake/broil until browned.

Picnic Apple



Pomegranate & banana milk!







Ingredients
Pomegranate = 2 pc
Skimmed Milk = 200 ml
Banana = 2 pc

Directions
- Deseed pomegranate then blend with banana and milk in the blender.

Vegetable with yogurt soup!









Ingredients
Potato = 1 pc
Carrots = 2 pc
Celery = 300 g
Tomato = 2 pc
Water = 1000 ml
Broccoli
Boneless Chicken = 300 g
Corn Grains = 300 g (precooked)
Sweet Yellow Pepper = 1/2 pc
Sweet Red Pepper = 1/2 pc
Yogurt/Curd = 300 g
Lemon = 1 pc

Directions
- Slice the potato, carrots, celery and tomato.
- Boil all in water for 15 minutes.
- Blend all together in the blender then pour the mixture back in the cooking pot.
- Add broccoli, corn, dices of chicken, yellow and red pepper with lemon juice on medium [4] heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve it after adding the yogurt (curd).

Potato
Spinach
Green Onions
Crushed Garlic
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil

Directions
- Bake the potato in the oven on high heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Dice the chicken and potato.
- Slice the spinach and onions and mix all together along with the garlic.
- Add the lemon juice and olive oil on top.
